How it Works

Step One - In-House Consultation

Ann will meet with you in your homes for a consultation. She will discuss your needs and budget and make sure she gives you all the correct information to select the right window treatment options for your windows.

Ann has an extensive fabric range to choose from. If there is a fabric you absolutely love we will try our hardest to source it for you. Ann is also connected to the Wellington Design Library and can take you there for a even larger selection of fabrics.

Step Two - The Quote​

After the the in-house consultation and we will provide you with a quote which is broken down so you can see all costs involved.

Once you have received your quote and are happy to proceed, a deposit is then required to confirm your order.

Step Three - Manufacturing

Once your deposit has been paid we start the manufacturing in our Wellington workroom. Our workmanship stands us out in front of our competition. We are sure you will be very happy with your new window treatments.
Products such as roller blinds, tracks and speciality blinds are supplied from our industry suppliers at the highest quality.

Step Four - Delivery/installation

Once curtains are ready our team of professional installers will install your curtains and blinds to the highest quality. They will take the time to show you how to operate your new window treatments before they leave your home.
